Woke up for sunrise this morning in Corolla, NC, OBX.
Great beach. Water wasn’t too cold.
Getting ready for the long weekend. Hope everyone enjoys the holiday.
This was a sunrise shot just off the coast of downtown Miami, FL. (Miami is to the left of this image).
I added just a little tone mapping thanks to Nik Efex Pro 4.
Storm was rolling in. I had to get out of the water. Didn’t want to be struck my lighting holding a metal tripod in the water. lol.
Nothing like spending the day on the water. Other than watching the sunset on the water.
I noticed how the sunrises right behind the TigerDirect logo. I thought it would make an interesting HDR image. What do you think?
3 shots taken at -2,0,+2.
Here is a sunrise image taken from North Miami, FL.
HDR effect was added to give detail and a heavy grain look.
Here is another sunrise image from Miami Beach, FL.
This is the image I use on my business card.
NO Photoshop, just the beauty of nature.
I shot a long exposure of this beach sunrise, (Miami Beach), and then added some toning. I think it added some needed mood to the image.
What do you think?
This was a sunrise shot taken on a cloudy morning in Athens, GA.
This a 3 exposure, 2 stop HDR image. The exposures were long, 3-10 seconds, in order to blur the car headlights.
This was taken just to the east of downtown Miami, FL.
Being on the ocean at sunrise is very calming. Reminds me of my Navy years and my few months on the “Ike”, USS Eisnhower, CVN-69.
I woke early this morning to shoot the sunrise. It was cold and foggy. This is a view from our yard looking towards Athens, GA.
Nothing was done to the image. No Photoshop. Just cropped.
