This is a 3 exposure HDR image. The fog was heavy this morning and I think it made for a great mood in the image.
More vistitors last night to our backyard. I love watching them come and eat. And it’s funny when they see me. They stop and stare and then go back to eating.
Look who came for a backyard visit.
We have a family of 6 that come to visit daily. This little one was eating the corn we put out.
I took several shots of this butterfly, but the best was this image. Caught him flying.
We found this sunflower field and I took LOTS of shots.
I used Nik software to soften foreground and give it a “glow”.
Sunflowers make you smile.
I was playing with this sunflower, I wanted to do something different. SO, I changed the pedals to light purple and dropped the color out of the background. Do you like it?
I hate Mondays!
Here is something else I hate, devil scorpions. Found this lillte guy and put him on a piece of paper and shot him with a Tamron 90mm macro lens on my Canon 7D.
If you put your ear to the screen you might hear him hummimg, “”Rock You Like a Hurricane”, lol
I haven’t photographed any flowers in awhile, so I thought it was time to do some.
This is a macro of an orchid that I gave my wife. No, I wasn’t in trouble. Just thought it would be nice.
I added the HDR effect to this colored sunflower to add detail and grain. I think it is different than the normal yellow sunflower.
While taking a weekend trip, we found this small sunflower field about 50 miles south of Athens, GA.
